The Theertham of this temple is Agasthya Theertham created by Agasthya. The Name of Amman is Aanandhavalli. The temple is maintained well. The Pancha koshta deities are present in the temple. There are also Sannidhis of Chandikeswarar, Bhairavar and Navagrahas. The Naagar, Vinayaka and Nandhi are found under a tree on a dais outside the temple.
